My story begins in Bagru, Rajasthan \u2014 the place I have always called home.<\/strong><\/p>

I was born and brought up in Bagru, surrounded by the people, traditions and culture that have shaped who I am today. Growing up in the Chippa community<\/strong>, I was fortunate to make many friends and develop a close connection with the people and traditions around me.<\/p>

I completed my schooling in \u092c\u0917\u0930\u0942<\/strong>, where my early years taught me the importance of simplicity, hard work, relationships and staying connected to my roots.<\/p>

Later, I moved to Jaipur for college<\/strong>, where I completed my graduation in Commerce<\/strong>.<\/p>

Looking back, I realise that my journey had already begun taking shape \u2014 Bagru gave me my roots, Jaipur gave me education, and the years ahead would give me experience.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

My professional journey began in 2007, when I stepped into the world of organised retail. What started as a career became a journey of learning, leadership, responsibility and business management.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In 2007, I began my professional journey with Piramyd Retail. It was my first major step into organised retail and the beginning of a career that would teach me the importance of customers, stores, sales, operations and teamwork.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

My journey continued with ABRL, where I took on the role of a Supervisor. This experience strengthened my understanding of retail operations, team coordination and day-to-day store management. It taught me that successful retail is built not only on sales, but also on discipline, teamwork and creating the right experience for every customer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

I then joined Central, a vertical of the Future Group, where my career progressed from Sales Associate to Store Manager. This became one of the most important chapters of my professional journey.<\/strong><\/p>

I learned to lead teams, manage large-scale retail operations, understand customer behaviour and take responsibility for business performance. During this journey, I managed a portfolio of approximately \u20b950 crore, gaining valuable experience in sales, operations, people management and business strategy.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

THE FIRST ZIARA DREAM<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After years of working in corporate retail, I wanted to build something of my own. After the COVID period, I took the courageous step of launching ZIARA.<\/strong><\/p>

The beginning was far from easy. I faced financial challenges, uncertainty and many struggles. Despite my efforts, the success I had imagined did not come quickly. Eventually, because of financial limitations, I had to return to employment and joined Iconic Retail.<\/strong><\/p>

But the dream of ZIARA never left me.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

While working at Iconic Retail, one thought kept returning to me \u2014 \u201cAb aur nahi.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>

I realised that my heart was still connected to Bagru and to the heritage I had grown up around. I had spent years learning how to build businesses, manage teams and understand customers. Now, I wanted to use that experience to build something of my own.<\/p>

I decided to return to Bagru and dedicate myself to taking its heritage forward.<\/strong><\/p>

I came back with a renewed determination and started working once again on my dream \u2014 ZIARA.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ZIARA is not just another clothing brand for me. It is a bridge between my roots, my retail experience and my vision for the future.<\/strong><\/p>

My years in retail taught me how customers think, what makes a product desirable, how teams work and how a business grows. My roots in Bagru taught me the value of craftsmanship, relationships, tradition and staying connected to where we come from.<\/p>

ZIARA is where these two journeys meet.<\/strong><\/p>

I believe that if ZIARA grows, the people who create these beautiful textiles should grow with it. Our artisans are not simply a part of our supply chain; they are an essential part of the story we want to tell.<\/p>

My vision is to create a platform where the craftsmanship of Bagru and India’s rich textile traditions can reach customers across India and, eventually, the world.<\/p>

The journey is still challenging, and there is still a long road ahead. But this time, I carry everything that the years have taught me \u2014 experience, patience, resilience and the determination to keep moving forward.I believe that with the support of our customers, the dedication of our artisans and the trust of everyone who becomes part of the ZIARA journey, we can take this brand to a much bigger platform.<\/span><\/p>

My dream is to see ZIARA become a name that represents the beauty and craftsmanship of Rajasthan not only across India, but also on international platforms.<\/strong><\/p>

The journey has started again \u2014 this time from home.<\/strong><\/p>
