At ZIARA CLOTHING, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. Because our textiles are handcrafted and naturally printed, each piece may carry slight variations that are part of its character.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We accept returns and refunds only in cases of a genuine natural printing error or natural manufacturing defect, subject to validation and approval by our Procurement Team.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A return or refund request will be considered only when the product has a genuine natural printing error or natural manufacturing defect<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The issue must be reported to ZIARA CLOTHING within 7 days of delivery<\/strong>. The product must remain unused, unwashed and unaltered, with its original packaging and tags intact.<\/p>\n

All return and refund requests are subject to inspection and validation by our Procurement Team<\/strong>. A return or refund will be processed only after the reported issue is verified and approved by the team.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

WHEN RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The following situations are not eligible for return, exchange or refund<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u2022 The product is not liked by the customer or the customer changes their personal preference.
\u2022 The customer changes their preference regarding colour, design, print or pattern.
\u2022 The customer faces a size-related issue despite having ordered the correct size.
\u2022 The product has been used, worn, washed, ironed, altered or modified in any manner.
\u2022 The product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling, storage or use.
\u2022 Minor variations in colour, texture, print placement or fabric appearance that naturally occur in handcrafted and naturally printed textiles.
\u2022 Any return request made after 7 days from the date of delivery<\/strong>.
\u2022 Any product returned without its original tags or packaging, where such tags or packaging were provided.
\u2022 Fabric purchased as a cut length or fabric material is 100% non-returnable and non-refundable<\/strong>, regardless of colour, design, print, texture or personal preference.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

RETURN REQUEST PROCESS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Report the Issue<\/strong>
Contact ZIARA CLOTHING within 7 days of delivery<\/strong> and provide your order details along with clear photographs\/videos showing the printing error or manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n

2. Procurement Team Validation<\/strong>
Our Procurement Team will review the submitted details and may request additional photographs, videos or information to validate the reported issue.<\/p>\n

3. Approval<\/strong>
If the issue is confirmed as a genuine natural printing error or manufacturing defect, the return will be approved and further instructions will be provided.<\/p>\n

4. Return Shipment<\/strong>
The product must be returned in unused, unwashed and unaltered condition with original tags and packaging, wherever applicable.<\/p>\n

5. Inspection & Final Decision<\/strong>
Once the product is received, our Procurement Team will conduct a final inspection before approving the refund.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

REFUND PROCESS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Once a return is approved and the returned product passes the final inspection by our Procurement Team, the eligible refund will be processed.<\/p>\n

Any applicable transportation, shipping or return-related expenses<\/strong> incurred in connection with the approved return will be deducted from the refundable amount.<\/p>\n

The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method<\/strong> used for the purchase. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway or banking institution.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ZIARA CLOTHING does not offer exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, colour choice, design preference or size selection.<\/p>\n

An exchange may only be considered where a genuine natural printing error or natural manufacturing defect<\/strong> is confirmed by our Procurement Team after validation.<\/p>\n

Any product that has been used, worn, washed, ironed, altered or modified is not eligible for exchange under any circumstances<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Fabric purchased as a cut length or fabric material is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
